摘要
“食源性疾病流行学”是高校食品科学专业的一门重要综合选修课程。针对“食源性疾病流行学”的课程特点重塑内容框架,并结合课程教学现状将任务驱动式教学方法运用到该课程的授课环节,详细阐述任务驱动教学法的实施方案。实践结果表明,在“食源性疾病流行学”课程中调整内容框架、进行任务驱动式教学改革能够提高学生的主动学习意识,促进他们灵活运用专业知识的能力。
The course in Foodborne Disease Epidemiology is an important comprehensive elective course for college food science majors.In this study,the content framework of the course is reshaped according to the course characteristics,and combined with the current teaching situation of the course,task-driven teaching method is applied to the teaching process and the implementation scheme is elaborated as well.Practical results show that adjusting the content framework and carrying out task-driven teaching reform in the course can improve students'active learning consciousness and promote their ability to use professional knowledge flexibly.
