摘要
结合“新工科”对人才培养质量的要求,以及学校“双一流”建设的规划部署,对无机非金属材料专业的“工程项目管理”课程开展教学目标设置,分析了传统教学模式存在的问题,并针对“新工科”人才培养要求和存在的问题开展教学改革研究,采取一系列措施提高教学质量,促进学生主动自主学习,提高学习效率,培养出符合社会需求的复合型高科技工程技术人才,使学生毕业后能更好更快地为社会发展做贡献。
Based on the requirements of Emerging Engineering Education for the quality of talent training and the planning and deployment of"double first-rate"construction in schools,this paper sets up the teaching objectives for the course on Engineering Project Management of inorganic non-metallic materials specialty,analyzes the problems existing in the traditional teaching model,studies the teaching reform in view of the requirements and existing problems of Emerging Engineering talent training,and takes a series of measures to improve the teaching quality.The purpose is to promote students to take the initiative to learn independently,improve learning efficiency,train compound high-tech engineering and technical talents to meet the needs of society,so that students can contribute to social development better and faster after graduation.
