新时代下应用型人才培养的教学体系改革与实践

Reform and Practice of Teaching System for Applied Talents Training in the New Era

在高等教育大众化的新时代背景下,经济社会的发展对人才的需求正在发生着变化。地方高校在人才培养方面担任着应用型人才培养的重任。高校培养的人才要服务区域经济发展为目标,以应用型创新人才培养标准为依据,结合郑州科技学院机械工程学院的实际情况,在原有教学模式的基础上修订了人才培养模式,构建了应用型人才培养的教学体系。旨在为高质量人才培养提供参考依据。教学实践证明,该教学体系效果良好,受到学生和教师的好评。

In the new era of higher education popularization,economic and social development is changing the demand for talents.Local colleges play an important role in the training of applied talents,and aim at serving the development of regional economy.Based on the training standard of applied innovative talents,combined with the actual situation of the Mechanical Engineering School of Zhengzhou University of Science and Technology,this paper revises the talent training model on the basis of the original teaching model,and constructs the teaching system of applied innovative talents training,in order to provide reference for the training of high-quality talents.Teaching practice has proved that the teaching system has a good effect and is well received by both students and teachers.
