“职业精神+文化传承”融入职教全过程的育人实践研究——以广东工贸职业技术学院会计专业为例

Practical Research on the Integration of"Professional Spirit+Cultural Heritage"into the Whole Process of Vocational Education in Accounting Major——Taking Guangdong Industry and Trade Vocational and Technical College Accounting Major as an Example

中国传统文化以塑造个人品德为重、提倡换位思考、培养自强不息和艰苦朴素的作风、倡导君子爱财取之有道,这与培养社会主义核心价值观的思路一致,也对大学生的素质教育起着积极的推动作用。将中国优秀传统文化融合进大学生思想政治教育和专业课教育中,就需正确引导大学生主动接触、了解和践行中国优秀传统文化。如何将“职业精神+文化传承”融入于职教改革全过程,找好着力点,开展多渠道、多形式的宣传教育,以此提升高职院校大学生开展中国优秀传统文化教育的实际效果。

Chinese traditional culture focuses on shaping personal ethics,advocates empathy,and cultivates the qualities of self-improvement,hard working and plain living,which is consistent with the idea of cultivating core socialist values,and also plays a positive role in promoting the quality education of college students.To integrate Chinese excellent traditional culture into the ideological and political education and professional education of college students,it is necessary to correctly guide college students to actively contact,understand and practice Chinese excellent traditional culture.This paper explores the integration of professional spirit and culture inheritance into the whole process of vocational education reform,in order to find a good focus,and carry out multi-channel and multi-form education,which can enhance the practical effect of excellent Chinese traditional culture education for higher vocational students.
