军队任职培训教育互动研讨式教学方法研究——基于科研实验平台的讨论 被引量:3

摘要 随着新军事变革的推进,军事院校任职培训教育逐渐向提高实战化能力方面转变。同时,军事院校在新时期“2110条件”“双重条件”建设的背景下,教学保障条件逐渐向实战化训练保障建设方面转变,科研实验平台突出与装备发展的新技术、新应用领域紧密结合。如何推进任职培训教育的教学方法改革,如何充分发挥科研实验平台的技术支撑作用,对于快速淬炼部队战斗力生成,对于科学构建任职培训教育实践体系都具有重要的研究意义。以装备任职培训课程为例,采用互动研讨式教学方法,以测控技术科研实验平台为教学保障手段,从教学准备和教学实施方面详细探讨了研讨式教学实践过程,最后提出了在教学过程中应当把握的问题。 With the advancement of the new military reform,the position training education in military colleges has gradually changed to the improvement of the practical ability.At the same time,under the background of"2110 conditions"and"double conditions"construction,the scientific research experiment platform is closely combined with the new application fields of equipment development.How to promote the reform of teaching methods in position training education and how to give full play to the technical support of scientific research and experiment platform are of great research significance to the formation of the combat effectiveness of troops and the scientific construction of the practical systems for position training education.Taking the equipment training course as an example,the interactive discussion teaching method is adopted,and the measurement and control technology scientific research experimental platform is used as the teaching guarantee method.From the teaching preparation and teaching implementation,the discussion teaching practice process is discussed in detail,and finally the problems that should be handled in the teaching process are analyzed.
