高校二级学院外事管理工作现状分析及对策初探

Analysis of the Status Quo of Foreign Affairs Management in Secondary Colleges of Universities and Its Countermeasures

近年来,随着中国国际化程度的日益提高,教育国际化成为高等教育发展的趋势。在此背景下,如何做好外事工作,成为高校外事管理需要思考的重要问题。基于外事工作经验及调研实践,对高校二级学院外事管理工作的现状及存在问题进行概述,并尝试提出提高管理工作水平的可行性对策。

In recent years,with the increasing internationalization of China,the internationalization of education has become a trend of higher education development.Under this background,how to do well in foreign affairs management has become an important issue that colleges and universities need to think about.Based on the author's work experience and research practice,this paper summarizes the development status and existing problems of foreign affairs management of secondary colleges in universities and tries to propose feasible countermeasures to improve the management level.
