Analysis on the Path of Improving the Private College Counselors'Scientific Research Ability

从民办高校辅导员科研能力出发,研究民办高校辅导员科研能力提升面临的困境,包括辅导员自身科研意识薄弱、科研队伍限制和科研机制不完善。提出从主观意识和客观环境入手,提升民办高校辅导员的科研能力,从而实现其专业化和职业化发展。

Based on the necessity of improving the private college counselors'scientific research ability,this paper studies the difficulties in the improvement of their scientific research ability,including the weakness of their scientific research awareness,the limitation of scientific research team and the imperfection of scientific research mechanism.This article proposes to start from the subjective consciousness and objective environment of counselors to improve private college counselors'scientific research ability so as to realize their professional development.
