摘要
地方高校有丰富的地域产业资源,但在校企联合过程中存在培养目标与企业需求契合度不高、专业性与职业性相融度不深、教育教学环节与培养目标的达成度不匹配、组织实施机制不通畅等问题。以机械专业为例,从培养目标、课程体系、实践环节、教学模式和组织机制等五个方面提出了具体的对策。
Local universities have rich regional industrial resources,but there are still some problems in the process of university-enterprise cooperation.There is not enough training target specifications to meet the needs of enterprises;the integration of specialization and professionalism is not deep enough;the education and teaching match inadequately the achievement of training goals;the organizational and implementation mechanism is not smooth enough.This paper takes the mechanical major as an example and proposes specific countermeasures from five aspects:training objectives,curriculum system,practical links,teaching models and organizational mechanisms.
