Innovative Study on the Work System of Mental Health Education of College Students from a Systematic View

以西北地区某高校为例,分析近年来大学生心理健康的状况和变化趋势。数据显示,大学生的心理健康状况日趋复杂,心理健康教育工作面临挑战。从系统观的视角分析大学生心理健康工作需重点把握和易被忽视的方面,从指导思想、组织领导、工作模式和团队建设四个方面构建大学生心理健康教育工作体系。

This paper takes a university in northwest China as an example to analyze the mental health status and changing trend of college students in recent years,and the data show that the mental health level of college students is becoming more and more complex,and the mental health education work is facing more challenges.From a systematic view,the aspects of college students'mental health work that need to be grasped and often easily overlooked are analyzed.Finally,the work system of mental health education for college students is constructed from four aspects:guiding ideology,organizational leadership,work model and team building.
