摘要
对女大学生的形体美认知进行调查研究,了解当代女大学生对于形体美的评价和获得形体美的方法,强调高校体育教育应帮助女大学生形成正确的审美观,在体育教学中融入美育,为高校体育课程改革提供参考借鉴。
This paper investigates female college students'cognition of physical beauty,their evaluation and ways of preserving physical beauty,emphasizing that physical education in colleges and universities should help female college students form a correct aesthetic outlook,integrate aesthetic education in physical education,so as to provide reference for the reform of physical education in colleges and universities.
