摘要
合作导师是提高博士后培养质量的关键,是知识传递者、能力培养者,是博士后学术研究的领路人和科学创新的咨询师。中国博士后制度建立以来,为国家培养了大批年轻的复合型人才,但博士后制度仍存在一些不容忽视的问题。博士后的培养要从用人转变为育人,让博士后在项目或科学实践中得到真正的锻炼,培养创新型科研人才。
Cooperative tutors are the key to improving the quality of post-doctoral training,and they are knowledge transmitters,ability trainers,leaders in post-doctoral academic research and consultants in scientific innovation.Since the establishment of the postdoctoral system in China,a large number of young compound talents have been trained for the country,but there are still some problems that cannot be ignored in the postdoctoral system.The training of post-doctors should be changed from employing to educating people,so that post-doctors can get real training in projects or scientific practice,achieving the goal of training innovative research talents.
