来华留学生的跨文化差异与适应——基于美国高校的经验分析

Cross-cultural Differences and Adaptation of International Students in China:Based on the Experience Analysis of American Universities

随着国内高等教育的改革发展,特别是高等教育国际化的推进,越来越多的国际学生选择来华留学。发展来华留学教育是促进国际间友好交往,传播中华文化及提高中国国际影响力的良好途径和载体。在高校的留学生日常管理工作中,我们发现文化性的因素越来越突出,逐渐成为制约留学生管理的深层次问题。通过分析美国高校国际学生管理工作的经验,从跨文化的视角探讨如何改进来华留学生管理工作,切实提升我国高等教育发展水平,增强国家核心竞争力。

With the internationalization of the development of higher education in China,and the substantial improvement of the quality of universities,more and more international students come to study in China.Developing overseas education is a good way and carrier to promote international friendly exchanges,spread Chinese culture and enhance China's international influence.In the daily management of international students,it is found that cultural factors are more and more prominent,which has become a deep-seated problem restricting the management of international students.By analyzing the experience of international student management in American universities,this paper discusses how to improve the management of international students in China from a cross-cultural perspective,so as to effectively improve higher education and enhance the national core competitiveness.
