内分泌科临床实习中存在的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Clinical Practice Training in Endocrinology Department

临床实习是医学高等教育的重要环节。目前实习过程中存在一些问题,如对医学生的人文素质培养重视不够,缺乏科学的带教方法,管理和激励制度存在一定缺陷,考研对临床实习存在影响等。针对这些问题,内分泌科带教医师可以采用在临床带教实践中加强人文素质教育、运用科学的教学方法、完善激励和考核制度、恰当平衡临床实习和考研的关系等策略,提高内分泌专业临床实习的教学水平,最大化实习效果。

The clinical practice training is an important part of medical education.At present,there are some problems in the training process,including insufficient attention to humanistic education,lack of scientific teaching skills,defects of incentive and evaluation system,and negative impact of postgraduate entrance examination.In response to these problems,physicians in the Department of Endocrinology can adopt strategies such as strengthening the humanistic education,mastering scientific teaching methods,perfecting incentive and evaluation system,and appropriately coordinating the relationship between clinical practice and the postgraduate entrance examination,in order to maximize the effect of clinical practice training in the Department of Endocrinology.
