“基于患者安全知识-实践能力”的案例式教学在护生岗前培训课程教学中的运用

摘要 "基于患者安全知识-实践能力"的岗前培训课程是实现护生岗前培训在知识、态度、技能三个层面的教学目标,以达到提升教学质量,提高安全知识学习效果的一种案例式教学法。列举临床护士差错案例,分析差错原因,引导学生遵循临床护理路径,将横向知识变为纵向知识,形成感性认识,达到知识与能力的有效衔接。 The pre-job training based on"patient safety knowledge-practical ability"is a kind of case teaching to achieve the teaching objectives of pre-job training in knowledge,attitude and skills for nursing students,so as to improve the teaching quality and the learning effectiveness of safety knowledge.This paper gives examples of clinical nurses'error cases,analyzes of the causes of errors and guides students to follow the clinical nursing path,changes their horizontal knowledge into vertical knowledge,so as to help them form perceptual knowledge and achieve the effective connection of knowledge and ability.
