This paper mainly studies and innovates the methods and strategies of school-enterprise cooperation oriented by career needs in higher vocational education.By analyzing the career needs of vocational students,and combining the vocational needs of students,students are distributed to different types of enterprises to practice,which can promote the employment and entrepreneurship of vocational students.
