加强教师党支部建设,推动革命文化传承——以西部高校某学院为例

Strengthen the Construction of Teachers'Party Branch to Promote the Inheritance of Revolutionary Culture:A Case Study on a College of a Western University

教师党支部是革命文化传承的重要载体,以教师党支部推动革命文化传承对于落实立德树人的根本任务、培养堪当民族复兴大任的时代新人具有重要意义。调研发现,教师党支部存在部分教师党员思想认识水平有待提升、党员发展工作有待加强、业务工作与党支部工作不平衡不合理、组织生活吸引力有待提高和工作章法有待理顺等问题,通过以下六个方面加以改进提高政治站位,加强学习教育;积极引导,加强规范;探索业务工作与党支部工作科学合理地融合;拓展工作路径;继续强化教师党员的教育、管理、监督和服务;建立党支部工作的长效机制等,才能加强教师党支部建设、实现革命文化的传承。

The teachers'Party branch is an important carrier of the inheritance of revolutionary culture.It is of great significance to promote the inheritance of revolutionary culture by the teachers'Party branch to carry out the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality and cultivate personnel in the era of national rejuvenation.The survey found that there are some problems in the teachers'Party branch,such as the ideological awareness level of some teachers'Party members to be improved,strengthening the Party member development work,the imbalance between the business work and the Party branch work to be unreasonable,the attraction of the organization life to be improved and the work rules to be straightened.These problems can be solved by strengthening the study and education by improving the political position;positively guiding and strengthening norms;exploring the scientific and reasonable integration of business work and Party branch work;expanding the work path;continuing to strengthen the education,management,supervision and services of teachers and Party members;improving the long-term mechanism of Party branch work.These six aspects can strengthen the construction of teachers'Party branch to accomplish the inheritance of revolutionary culture.
