基于“三全育人”视角下的院训育人功能研究——以吉首大学物理与机电工程学院为例

摘要 党的十九大以来,为落实“立德树人”根本任务,高校着力加强构建“三全育人”体系,实现全员、全过程、全方位育人。文化育人对高校“三全育人”体系建设有着重要意义,而院训作为校园文化的组成部分,是深入推进高校文化育人的主要途径,高校应在“三全育人”总体目标指导下,充分发挥院训育人的优势和功能。 Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,in order to implement the fundamental task of"enhancing morality and fostering talents",colleges and universities have focused on strengthening the construction of the"comprehensive education"system,in order to realize all-round education of all members throughout the process.Education through culture is of great significance to the construction of the"comprehensive education"system in colleges and universities.As an integral part of campus culture,school motto is the main way to further promote education through culture in colleges and universities.Colleges and universities should give full play to the educational advantage and function of school motto under the guidance of the overall goal of"comprehensive education".
