摘要
为了解自闭症儿童的发展现状,本研究选择杭州市康乃馨儿童康复中心的20名自闭症儿童,应用为自闭症谱系儿童开发的大数据平台进行在线评估,比较自闭症儿童的生理年龄和七个领域的发展年龄。研究发现,对于发展年龄与实际生理年龄的差距,自闭症儿童在感知觉、语言与沟通和社会交往上差距较大,在粗大动作上差距较小,在精细动作、认知和生活自理上个体间差异较大。生理年龄较大的自闭症儿童各项能力的差距都较大。建议康复教师根据评估报告对自闭症儿童进行有效的行为干预,家长需及时关注孩子的各种变化,保证持续性的康复治疗。
In order to learn about the development status of autistic children,this study selected 20 autistic children in Hangzhou Carnation Rehabilitation Center for Children,using the big data platform developed for children with autism spectrum for online assessment,comparing the physiological ages and development ages of autistic children in seven areas.The study found that for the gap between development ages and actual physiological ages,children with autism have larger gaps in perception,language and communication,and social interaction,smaller gaps in gross movements,and larger gaps in fine movements,cognition and self-care.The differences in abilities of autistic children with larger physiological ages are larger.Rehabilitation teachers are advised to conduct effective behavioral interventions for autistic children based on the assessment report.Parents should pay attention to the changes of their children in time to ensure continuous rehabilitation treatment.
