摘要
目前,高校、地方教育行政部门(尤其是其领导下的名师工作室)和中学都在进行着教师专业发展的探索,但条块分割现象严重,相互之间缺乏有机的联系,没有形成联动的平台和机制。针对这种现状,该文提出高校、市名师工作室和学校三方联动的构想,从研究意义、研究目的、研究问题、研究方法、研究思路、研究成效进行描述,以期引起对此研究的更多重视。
At present,colleges,local education administration departments(especially the famous teacher studios under their leadership)and middle schools are exploring the professional development of teachers,but the phenomenon of segmentation is serious,there is no organic connection,and there is no platform and mechanism for linkage.In view of this situation,this paper proposes the concept of the tripartite linkage between colleges and universities,city-level famous teacher studios and schools,and describes the research significance,research objectives,research problems,research methods,research ideas,and research results in order to attract more attention to this research.
