关节镜下射频消融系统治疗急性膝关节损伤的效果 被引量:3

Clinical effect of arthroscopic radiofrequency ablation system on acute knee injury

摘要 目的探讨关节镜下射频消融系统治疗急性膝关节损伤的效果。方法抽取2018年1月至12月山西汾西矿业集团职工总医院急性膝关节损伤患者40例,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组20例。对照组采取常规关节镜手术治疗;观察组采取关节镜下射频消融系统治疗。对比两组患者切口水肿、感染等并发症情况及住院时间。术后随访1个月,比较两组患者膝关节功能(Lysholm)评分、膝关节活动度。结果观察组治疗优良率(95%)与对照组(70%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的Lysholm评分高于对照组,膝关节活动度大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症率(5%)与对照组(35%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的术后住院时间为(10.08±3.33)d,对照组为(13.89±2.98)d,差异有统计学意义(t=-3.813,P<0.05)。结论关节镜下射频消融系统治疗急性膝关节损伤效果显著,有利于术后膝关节功能及活动度的恢复,且术后并发症较少,具有推广价值。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of arthroscopic radiofrequency ablation system on acute knee injury.Methods A total of 40 patients with acute knee injury treated in Shanxi Fenxi Mining Group General Hospital from January to 2018 December 2018 were divided into two groups,with 20 in each group.Twenty patients in the control group underwent conventional arthroscopic surgery;and 20 patients in the observation group underwent arthroscopic radiofrequency ablation.The complications and inpatient time of incision edema and infection were compared between the two groups.The patients were followed up for 1 month.The knee function(Lysholm)score and knee joint activity were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent rate of treatment in the observation group(95%)was compared with that in the control group(70%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Lysholm score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the knee joint activity was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group(5%)was compared with that of the control group(35%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative hospital stay was(10.08±3.33)days in the observation group and(13.89±2.98)days in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05,t=-3.813,P<0.05).Conclusions The arthroscopic radiofrequency ablation system is effective in the treatment of acute knee joint injury,which is beneficial to the recovery of knee joint function and activity after operation,and has fewer postoperative complications.
