蓝色橡皮疱样痣综合征(BRBNS)是一种涉及多器官多系统的罕见疾病,常于出生时或儿童期出现,可见皮肤以及内脏器官多发性静脉畸形,常见临床症状为皮肤浅表部位多发蓝色橡皮样肿物以及胃肠道出血引起的继发性贫血,目前其病因尚未明确。光声成像因其较高的光学对比度和超声分辨率可用于检查静脉畸形,双气囊内镜有助于手术精准切除病变,临床可依据病情选择个性化治疗方案。

Blue rubber bleb nevus syndrome(BRBNS)is a rare disease involving multiple organs and multiple systems.It often occurs at birth or in childhood.Multiple venous malformations of the skin and internal organs can be seen.The common clinical symptoms are multiple blue rubbery masses in the superficial part of the skin and secondary anemia caused by chronic blood loss in the gastrointestinal tract,the cause of the disease is unknown.Photoacoustic imaging can be used to check venous malformations due to its high optical contrast and ultrasound resolution.Double balloon endoscopy is helpful for precise surgical removal of lesions,and clinical treatments can be customized according to the condition.
