基于撤稿数据的生物医学领域科研诚信建设挑战及治理对策分析

Analysis of Challenges and Governance Countermeasures of Scientific Research Integrity in Biomedical Field Based on Retraction Data

本研究从生物医学领域着手,结合文章撤稿数据,分析了影响生物医学领域频发学术不端行为的可能因素,指出医院在科研诚信建设方面面临着严峻的挑战,并从职称晋升考核机制、临床医生的职业特殊性以及榜单效应带来的影响三个方面分析导致此情况出现的因素;最后基于医院科研管理的实际情况,给出具体的意见和建议。

This paper tried to analyze the factors that may affect the frequent academic misconduct in the biomedical field,and point out that hospitals are facing severe challenges in the construction of scientific research integrity.Then factors that led to this situation were analyzed from three aspects:the professional title promotion examination mechanism,the professional particularity of the clinician and the influence of the list effect.Finally,based on the actual situation of hospital scientific research management,the specific suggestions were given.
