新时代高职院校实施“青马工程”的探索与实践

00后逐渐成为新时代大学生的主体,高职院校大学生具有思想更加活跃、自主性更强、学习成绩相对较低、自控意识相对较弱等特点。学生干部作为大学生的典型代表,做好其培养与教育工作,充分发挥其辐射、带动作用,对于做好学校共青团工作具有重要意义。“青马工程”培训项目是新时代高职院校培养大学生骨干的重要载体和有效方式,有利于学校打造一支高效、务实、精干的学生干部队伍。科学的实施路径和培养模式能在不同层次、不同特点学生干部的培养中起到事半功倍的效果。

The generation after 00s have become the main body of college students in the new era.Students of higher vocational colleges have the characteristics of more active thinking,stronger autonomy,relatively poor academic performance,relatively weak sense of self-control and so on.It is of great significance for the Communist Youth League to do a good job in student cadres'training and education.The"youth Marxists training project"is an important carrier and effective way for higher vocational colleges to cultivate college students.The scientific implementation and training model can achieve"twice the result with half the effort"in the training of student cadres with different characteristics.
