随着高等教育的不断改革与发展,高校在进行“质量工程”项目管理时面临着一系列挑战。为了确保项目建设质量,必须对“质量工程”项目实施标准化管理,具体可从加强顶层设计、强化过程管理、重视结题验收三方面入手,切实提升项目管理效能,从而更好地服务于学校内涵式发展。

With the reform and development of higher education,colleges and universities are facing a series of challenges in managing"quality engineering"projects.In order to ensure the construction quality of projects,it is necessary to implement standardized management of the projects in the aspects of strengthening the top-level design,enhancing process management,and attaching great importance to project completion.Standardized management of the projects can improve the effectiveness of project management,so as to better serve the connotative development of colleges and universities.
