本文从“三全育人”的视角出发,遵循教书育人规律、学生成长规律和思想政治教育规律,分析研究当前高校学风建设存在的问题,探索创新学风建设工作体系,增强学风建设实效性,促进大学生全面发展,成为社会主义建设者和接班人。

From the perspective of"three whole education",following the laws of teaching and education,students'growth and ideological and political education,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the academic atmosphere in colleges and universities,explores the innovative working system of the construction of academic atmosphere,and enhances the effectiveness of the construction of academic atmosphere,which can promote the all-round development of college students,and train them to be socialist builders and successors.
