Research on Quality Improvement of Professional Degree Postgraduate Cultivation for Special Projects Based on 4H-YDP Concept

基于美国4H-YDP理念与实践,针对专业学位研究生的培养要求,通过对特需项目专业研究生科学培养理念的建立、培养与学制相结合、组会制度完善及研究生助教体系几个方面的探讨与研究,将4H-YDP理念与专业学位研究生培养相融合,以提高特需服务专业学位研究生的培养质量。

The education of professional degree postgraduates has always focused on improving the quality of talent cultivation,and has gradually realized the transformation from large-scale development to connotative development.Based on the 4H-YDP concept and practice in the United States,in view of the cultivation requirements of professional degree postgraduates,the research is conducted in terms of the establishment of the scientific cultivation concept of professional degree postgraduates for special projects,the combination of cultivation and the academic system,the improvement of the organization system and the postgraduate teaching assistant system.The integration of the 4H-YDP concept and professional degree postgraduate cultivation improves the cultivation quality of professional degree postgraduates for special projects.
