摘要
本文阐述了导师在研究生培养中的职责,通过树立意识、构建机制等方面,研究导师在研究生培养中的履职路径,从而明确导师第一责任人的要求,提高学位与研究生教育的质量。
This paper expounds the responsibilities of tutors in postgraduate training,and studies the duty performance path of tutors in postgraduate training through the establishment of awareness and the construction of mechanisms,so as to clarify the requirements for the first responsible person of the tutor and improve the quality of degree and postgraduate education.
