摘要
本研究成果是学院基于校企合作的中职师资队伍培养模式探索与实践的产物,构建了中职业专业师资队伍培养的最优模式。该成果的研究通过解决中职专业师资培养成效性弱、培养模式不科学、保障体系制度不合理的问题,构建了基于企业+校内技能大师工作室的“一平台五融合五转化”师资队伍培养模式。本文陈述了项目实施依托技能大师工作室平台,通过校企合作、师带徒、“五融合五转化”的方式,培养“一核心五具备”的专业师资。该模式先后在广西机电技师学院电工专业、机械专业群、动画制作专业群中使用,现已在该校80%的专业深化实施,并通过校际交流等多种形式向外推广。经过8年的实践,有效提升了专业教师的整体水平,持续提高了人才培养的质量效益。
This research result is the product of the exploration and practice of the vocational teachers training model based on the school-enterprise cooperation.By solving the problems of poor effectiveness,unscientific training model and unreasonable guarantee system,this research establishes the"one-platform,five-integration and five-transformation"teacher training model.This article introduces the project implementation relying on the platform of skilled master workshop,the school-enterprise cooperation,and the"one-platform,five-integration and five-transformation"model to cultivate professional teachers.The model has been used in the electrical engineering major,mechanical engineering major and animation production major of Guangxi Mechanical and Electrical Technician College,and it also has been promoted through inter-school exchanges and other forms.With the practice of eight years,this teachers training model has effectively improved the level of all professional teachers,and the quality and efficiency of talent training.
