摘要
建立高校的毕业生信息反馈机制是工程教育专业认证的重要组成部分,也是高校掌握毕业生就业和职业发展状况、及时优化培养体系和适应社会发展需求的关键途径。在分析了《工程教育专业认证标准》对毕业生信息反馈机制相关要求的基础上,探讨了其建设的重要性及其途径,并指出所面临的主要问题,最后提出了如何建设毕业生信息反馈机制的几点建议。
Establishing the information feedback mechanism of college graduates is an important part of engineering education professional certification,and it is also a key way for colleges and universities to collect information about the employment and professional development of graduates,optimize the training system in time and adapt to the needs of social development.In this study,we firstly analyze the regulations of the certification standards of engineering education associated with the feedback mechanism of graduates.Afterwards,the importance and construction ways of an excellent feedback mechanism of graduates are discussed,and main problems faced by it are pointed out.Finally,some suggestions on how to build the information feedback mechanism for graduates are put forward.
