基于易班的大学生入党积极分子培养策略研究——以玉林师范学院商学院为例

Research on Cultivation Strategies of Party-joining Activists of College Students Based on E-class:A Case Study of Business School of Yulin Normal University

大学生入党积极分子的培养是高校党建工作的关键环节,与我党未来的事业息息相关。如今,大学生受社会思想多元化的影响,可能会丧失正确的理想信念。此外,有关调查显示,传统的入党积极分子培养方式单一,无法满足大学生的成长需求,也难以调动他们的学习积极性。因此,探索新时代背景下大学生入党积极分子的培养路径,具有现实意义。本文以玉林师范学院商学院为例,依托易班独特的功能模块,创建入党积极分子易班群,营造良好的党建育人环境,进一步提升党建育人实效。

The cultivation of Party-joining activists of college students is the key link of Party building in colleges and universities,and is closely related to the future of our Party.Nowadays,college students may lose their correct ideals and beliefs under the influence of diversification of social thoughts.In addition,relevant surveys show that the traditional way of cultivating and educating Party-joining activists is single,which cannot meet the growth needs of college students,so it is difficult to arouse their enthusiasm for learning.Therefore,it is of practical significance to explore the cultivation path for Party-joining activists under the new era.Taking Business School of Yulin Normal University as an example,this paper relies on the unique functional modules of E-class to build an E-class group for Party-joining activists,create a favorable environment for the Party building and educating,which further improves the effectiveness of Party building and educating.
