基于团队式学习的高校大学生领导力培养与评价策略研究

Study on the Leadership Training and Evaluation Strategies of College Students Based on Team Learning

在“双创”背景下,大学生的团队协作能力和领导能力成为考查学生综合能力的重要指标。但是目前高校对领导力的培养过程和效果缺乏有效的评价机制,特别是可量化的评价方法。本文针对领导力的团队性特点,结合实践经验,提出一系列基于团队式的大学生领导力培养策略,并着重阐述了可量化的领导力评价方法。

Under the background of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the ability of team cooperation and leadership of college students has become an important indicator of students'comprehensive ability.However,there is no effective evaluation mechanism for the process and effect of leadership training in colleges and universities,especially the quantifiable evaluation methods.According to the teamwork property of leadership,this paper proposes a series of leadership training strategies based on team learning,and focuses on the quantifiable evaluation methods of leadership.
