中等职业学校学生职业生涯规划现状分析及对策思考

Analysis on the Current Situation of Students'Career Planning in Secondary Vocational Schools and Its Countermeasures

随着现代教育的发展,教育部门和学校对于学生的就业问题愈发关注。在中职院校中,开展合理有效的职业生涯规划,能够帮助学生制定相应短期目标、中期目标和长期目标,进而对学生未来的职业生涯发展产生一定的指导作用。但是,在部分院校的职业生涯规划教育中仍然存在着一些问题,影响着职业规划指导工作的开展。本文通过对中职院校职业生涯规划的开展现状进行研究,提出促进职业生涯规划发展的一些具体策略。

With the development of modern education,government educational departments and schools pay more attention to the employment of students.In secondary vocational schools,carrying out reasonable and effective career planning activities can help students to formulate corresponding short-term goals,medium-term goals and long-term goals,and thus playing a certain guiding role for students'future career development.However,there are still some problems in the career planning education in some schools,which affect the development of career planning guidance.By studying the present situation of career planning in secondary vocational schools,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the development of career planning.
