Pediatrics is special department in hospitals.Academia gives it a special name-"dumb department",because many children cannot or cannot clearly express their pain.In this case,nurses need parents to tell about the child's physical condition while nursing,which makes the nursing process special and increases the chance of conflicts between nurses and patients.This paper first introduces the concept of nurse-patient relationship and nurse-patient conflict,and the causes of nurse-patient conflicts in pediatric outpatient clinics.Then it analyzes the obstacles that affect the normal communication between nurses and patients,and expounds the correct solutions according to the conflicts between nurses and patients.At last,it reveals the significance of properly solving the conflicts between nurses and patients.
