“人工智能+”背景下测绘地理信息专业大学生创新项目导师团队建设

Construction of Tutor Team for College Students'Innovation Project of Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information in the"Artificial Intelligence+"Context

为适应“人工智能+”背景下测绘地理信息人才的需求,培育大学生精品创新项目,让学生在“互联网+”等创新竞赛中勇夺佳绩,南宁师范大学自然资源与测绘学院建立了测绘地理信息专业大学生创新项目导师团队。本文论述了导师团队的作用、建立机制、管理及职责,并以我院导师团队为例,阐述了团队建设的具体实施及初步成效。启示地方高校应在建立创新项目导师团队的基础上,持续提升创新导师的业务能力,有效促进新时代下创新人才的培养。

In order to meet the needs of surveying and mapping geographic information talents under the background of"artificial intelligence+",cultivate high-quality innovation projects for college students,and enable students to win great achievements in innovation competitions such as"Internet+",the School of Natural Resources and Surveying of Nanning Normal University established the tutor team of SMGI for college students'innovation project.This paper discusses the tutor team's role,establishment,management and responsibility.Taking the tutor team of SMGI as an example,this paper explained the specific measurements and initial achievements.It is suggested that local colleges should establish innovation tutor teams,and continue to improve the professional ability of innovation tutors,and effectively promote the cultivation of innovation talents in the new era.
