“阅读圈”模式在中职英语阅读教学中的应用初探

A Study on the Application of"Reading Circle"Teaching Model to English Reading Class in Secondary Vocational Schools

在强调培养学科核心素养的今天,传统的英语阅读教学已经无法满足学生能力发展的需要。教学方式的变革使“阅读圈”模式逐渐进入了英语教师们的视野。基于发展学生语言、文化、思维等核心素养的教学理念,笔者在相关理论的指导下,结合中职生英语水平及英语阅读教学的现状,逐步探索出适合中职英语课堂的“阅读圈”模式,开展多次“阅读圈”模式的英语阅读课堂活动,并在实践中发现问题,在挑战中寻求启示。

Today,with emphasis on cultivating the core qualities of disciplines,traditional English reading class can no longer meet the needs of students'ability development.The transformation of teaching methods has gradually brought the"reading circle"model into English teaching.Based on the teaching concepts of developing students'core literacy,such as language,culture,thinking,etc.,and under the guidance of relevant theories,combined with the English level of secondary vocational students and the current status of English reading teaching,the author has gradually developed a"reading circle"model suitable for English reading classes in secondary vocational schools.Many"reading circle"classroom activities have been carried out and some problems have been found in practice,but some suggestions are also given.
