Exploration of"6S"Management Model in the Construction of Training Rooms of Foreign Language Department in Higher Vocational Colleges

分析高职院校外语系实训室管理中存在的问题,通过借鉴企业“6S”管理模式,将其应用于日常管理中,并根据“6S”内容提出具体的实施细节,有利于对实训室进行规范化、制度化、准企业化的管理,为学生进入社会前奠定良好的职业素养。

This paper analyzes the problems existing in the training rooms management of foreign language department in higher vocational colleges,applies the"6S"management model of enterprise to the daily management,and proposes specific implementation details according to the content of"6S"management model,which is conducive to the standardized,institutionalized and quasi-enterprise management of the training rooms,and lays a good foundation of professional quality for students.
