摘要
核型分析实验作为医学遗传学课程学习的重要组成部分,是学习人类染色体病的基础。本教研室在前期染色体核型分析实验课程基础上进行改革尝试,教学改革提高了该课程的教学效果,值得推广。
The course in Karyotype Analysis Experiment,as an important part of the study of medical genetics,is the basis for learning about human chromosome disease.Based on the previous research,the teaching reform of this course is carried out in the author's department,which improves the teaching effect of the course and is worth popularizing.
