高压氧不同治疗时机对突发性耳聋疗效的影响

The effect of different time of hyperbaric oxygen treatment on sudden deafness

目的:探讨高压氧不同治疗时机对突发性耳聋治疗的效果。方法:将90例突发性耳聋患者列为研究对象,根据患者治疗时机的不同,分为早期治疗组30例、常规治疗组30例以及晚期治疗组30例。其中早期治疗组于患病1周内进行治疗,常规治疗组实施常规治疗,晚期治疗组则于患病1周后进行治疗,对三组研究对象的治疗效果进行记录分析。结果:由所得数据可知,早期治疗组治疗总有效率显著高于常规治疗组及晚期治疗组,且组间数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规治疗组治疗总有效率高于晚期治疗组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:于突发性耳聋早期实施高压氧治疗,能够大幅提高治疗总有效率;于发病后1周接受治疗,其治疗效果相对较差。

Objective the purpose of this experiment is to study the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen on sudden deafness.Method 90 patients with sudden deafness who were treated in our hospital were included in this study.According to the different time of treatment,they were divided into early treatment group(30 cases),conventional treatment group(30 cases)and late treatment group(30 cases).Among them,the early treatment group was treated within one week,the conventional treatment group was treated,and the late treatment group was treated one week after the disease.The treatment effect of the three groups was recorded and analyzed.Results According to the data,the total effective rate of the early treatment group was significantly higher than that of the conventional treatment group and the late treatment group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the conventional treatment group was higher than that of the late treatment group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen treatment in the early stage of sudden deafness can significantly improve the total effective rate of treatment,and the treatment effect is relatively poor one week after the onset of the disease.
