摘要
目的:了解大戟属植物中二萜化学成分和药理活性的国内外研究最新状况。方法:查阅国内外有关大戟属植物研究的文献,了解上述两方面的基本情况。结果与讨论:2019年以来,国内外学者对大戟属植物进行大量研究,发现了97种新的二萜成分。药理研究表明,一些种及二萜成分在逆转P-糖蛋白介导的多药耐药性、细胞毒性、脂肪酶抑制活性、抗病毒和抗炎等方面具有显著的活性。开展大戟属植物二萜成分研究,对开发新的药用活性成分及资源利用具有重要意义。
Objective:This study is to learned the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of diterpenoids isolated in Euphorbia.Methods:Consulting the literature about the research of Euphorbia,to understand the basic situation of the above two aspects.Results and discussion:Since 2019,scholars have studied the genus Euphorbia and found 97 new diterpenoids.The study of pharmacological activities showed that some species and diterpenoids had significant activities in reversing P-glycoprotein-mediated multidrug resistance,cytotoxicity,lipase inhibition,antiviral and anti-inflammatory.It is of great significance to study the diterpenoid constituents of Euphorbia for the development of new pharmacological activities constituents and resource utilization.
