摘要 随着新型城市化进程的进一步加快,中国城市化建设已进入更加规范、科学发展的新阶段,这对城市空间监测提出了更高的要求。鉴于国内城市面貌日新月异,人员巡查、社会举报或采用卫星遥感等周期监测方式已难以满足全范围、动态、精细化监测的需要,迫切需要建立新型空间监测体系,以弥补当前城市空间监测的不足。本文提供了一种"天空地"一体化遥感监测方法,即通过将各类遥感技术、信息化平台有机融合,满足大范围城市变化周期监测与重点建设范围持续监测的需要,为城市空间监测提供现代化技术支撑。本文所述方法已在一些区域进行了应用实践,取得了较好的监测效果,具有广泛的应用前景。 With the further acceleration of the new urbanization process,urbanization in China has entered a new stage of more stand-ardized and scientific development,which puts forward higher requirements for national land and space monitoring.In view of the rapid changes in looks of our cities,periodic monitoring methods such as personnel patrolling inspection,social reporting or satellite remote sensing are difficult to meet the needs of full range,dynamic and precise monitoring.Therefore it is urgent to establish a new spatial monitoring system to make up for the deficiencies of current urban spatial monitoring.This paper provides a space-aerial-ground inte-grated remote sensing monitoring method,which integrates various remote sensing technologies and information platform to meet the periodical monitoring requirement for urban changes in large scale and continuous monitoring in key construction areas,so as to pro-vide modern technical support for urban space monitoring.The method described in this paper has been applied in some areas,and has achieved good monitoring results and thus has broad application prospects.
