An UAV Power Inspection Management Platform Based on Real-time Message Transmission Technology

摘要 随着无人机电力巡检业务大范围开展,电力公司急需一套适于电力无人机应用的无人机监管平台规范无人机巡检行为、监管无人机,避免出现作业风险。本无人机电力巡检管控平台以电力巡检任务为核心,深入融合无人机电力巡检业务场景,设计巡检任务管理模块、巡检可视化管理模块、样本库管理模块,从任务监管层面、作业监管层面上建立无人机电力应用的管控平台,创造性地利用实时消息传输协议(RTMP)将无人机实时位置与实时视频信息集成于三维场景内,有效地提升监管部门对于无人机巡检任务的监管力度,规范巡检作业。 With the rapid development of the UAV power inspection business,the electric power companies have a great demand on UAV supervision and management platform to supervise UAV electric inspection work,regulate the UAV conduct,and avoid risks of UAV inspection work.Our UAV power inspection management platform takes the inspection task as the core,deeply integrates the sce-narios of UAV power inspection business,and designs the task management module,the visual supervision module,and the sample li-brary management module.Our platform is developed at both levels of task management and work supervision.The real-time message transmission protocol(RTMP)is creatively integrated into the platform to get the real-time UAV position and video on board,which can be displayed in a 3D scene.The UAV power inspection management platform can effectively improve the management and supervi-sion of UAV inspection work and establish the standardization of the UAV inspection business.
