严如熤与山南书院补论

Yan Ruyi,Who Re-made the Supplement to Shannan Academy

本文根据各种文献记载,系统介绍了严如熤在山南地区(今汉中、安康)任洵阳知县、定远抚民同知、汉中知府时对洵阳县敷文书院、汉中府汉南书院发展建设及人才培养的重视和支持,对其在教育实践中创立的“汉台家法”的精神要义作了较全面的阐发。本文指出:在严如熤的重视和支持下,山南地区书院培植了不少良材名士,给嘉庆、道光年间山南地区的教育发展、学风改良提供了重要的人才支撑。

This article systematically introduces the support and attaching great importance to development and construction of Fuwen Academy in Xunyang County and Hannan Academy in Hanzhong Country by Yan Ruyi who was a magistrate in Xunyang Country and in Hanzhong Country according to various documents.The spirit of the“Hantai Family Law”which was established in educational practice by Yan Ruyi was made a more comprehensive interpretation.Many famous scholars were cultivated and a lot of progress to the education and style of study were brought in Fuwen Academy and Hannan Academy by Yan Ruyi’s support.
