摘要
"数字化赋能"是制造业转型升级的趋势,同时对职业技能型人才提出了更高要求。文章结合"数字化赋能"对制造业带来的挑战和机遇,对我国制造业职业技能型人才现状及未来需求进行了分析,以期对加快制造业技术技能型人才培养、提升劳动者素质、促进制造业崛起、提升经济发展动力等有借鉴意义。
"Digital empowerment"is the trend of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,which comes up with higher requirements for professional and skilled talents.Based on the challenges and opportunities brought by"digital empowerment"to the manufacturing industry,this paper analyzes the current situation and future needs of professional skilled talents in China’s manufacturing industry,with a view to accelerating the cultivation of technical skilled talents in manufacturing industry,improving the quality of workers and promoting the rise of manufacturing industry and the economic development.
