摘要
以安徽省高校324名硕士研究生为测试对象,利用《生涯适应力量表》,运用相关分析和多元回归分析方法,探索我国硕士研究生生涯适应力的现状和影响因素。结果发现:该群体生涯适应力总体状况中等偏上,但生涯适应力各因子发展不均衡;是否担任学生干部、对就业前景的态度、性格以及是否喜欢目前专业四个因素对硕士生生涯适应力影响最明显。论文建议加强对硕士生的职业生涯规划和指导、通过提升生涯控制力、增强生涯好奇心等方面来进一步提升硕士生生涯适应力。
Taking 324 postgraduates in Anhui Province as subjects,this paper explores the current situation and influencing factors of the career adaptability of postgraduates in China by using correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis which is based on the career adaptability scale.The results show that the overall situation of the group’s career adaptability is on the medium side,but there are various factors that develop unevenly.There are four factors which have the most important influence on the adaptability of postgraduate career.They are whether to be a student cadre,the attitude to employment prospects,the personality and whether to like the current major.Therefore,the thesis suggests to improve the adaptability of postgraduates’career from strengthening the postgraduates’career planning and guidance,improving the postgraduates’career control,enhancing the career curiosity and so on.
