摘要
基于前期超纤用特黑色母粒的研究基础,中试生产了原液着色特黑海岛纤维,并对其物理性能和后道应用性能进行测试与评估。16岛和37岛COPET/PA6特黑海岛纤维的断裂强力均>2.9 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率均>55%;纤维制备成非织造布,经过开纤后,黑度L值<13,a、b值在0左右;制成超纤革后,黑度L值在12左右,与市面上染整工艺制备的超纤革的色度接近。该原液着色超细特黑海岛纤维纺丝工艺稳定,适宜进行规模化工业生产,可用于环保制革。
Based on the research foundation of super black masterbatch for microfiber in the early stage,the pi⁃lot production of the original solution colored super black sea-island fiber was carried out,and its physical properties and the application performance of the latter channel were tested and evaluated.The breaking strength of COPET/PA6 extra black sea-island fiber with 16 islands and 37 islands was greater than 2.9 cN/dtex and the breaking elongation was greater than 55%.The fiber was prepared into nonwovens.After the fi⁃ber was opened,the blackness L value was less than 13,and the a value and b value were about 0.After the fiber was made into ultrafine leather,the blackness L value was about 12,which was close to that of ultra⁃fine leather prepared by dyeing and finishing technology on the market.The spinning process of ultrafine ex⁃tra black sea-island fiber is stable,which is suitable for large-scale industrial production,and can be used for environmental protection leather making.
