摘要
以樱花为原材料,利用一步水热法合成氮掺杂碳点(NCDs)。合成的NCDs用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射法(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等技术进行了表征。基于MnO4^-对NCDs荧光猝灭的特性,构建了检测MnO4^-的荧光探针,该探针检测MnO4^-的线性范围为3. 30~256μmol/L,检出限(LOD)为0. 15μmol/L,并探讨了NCDs与MnO4^-相互作用的机制。同时,将构建的荧光探针成功应用于湖水及自来水中微量MnO4^-的检测,建立了在环境水样中检测MnO4^-的方法。
Nitrogen doped fluorescent carbon was synthesized by a one-step hydrothermal method using cherry blossom as the raw materials. The nitrogen doped carbon dots( NCDs) were characterized by transmission electron microscopy( TEM),X-ray diffraction( XRD),X-ray photoelectron( XPS),and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FT-IR). With the increasement of MnO4-,the fluorescence intensity of NCDs decreased.Therefore a fluorescent probe for detecting MnO4- was constructed and applied to detect MnO4-. The linear range of the probe for detecting Mn O4- was 3. 30 to 256 μmol/L with the detection limit( LOD) of 0. 15 μmol/L. This method has been successfully applied to detect MnO4- in lake water and tap water,demonstating that the established method can detect MnO4-in environmental water samples.
