农产品中β2-激动剂类药物的违禁使用给消费者的人身健康及我国进出口贸易带来了严重危害,相关部门已经建立了很多种监管方法,如色谱质谱联用法、酶联免疫法、传感器法等。本文综述了近年来国内外报道的农产品中β2-激动剂检测方法和研究进展,拟为相关部门实现对β2-激动剂类药物更有效地监督提供借鉴,切实保障消费者人身安全。

The use ofβ2-agonists in agricultural products has brought serious influence to consumers and theglobal trade of China.As the strong ban ofβ2-agonists in China,relevant departments have established many supervision methods,such as chromatography-mass spectrometry,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and sensor methods,most of them are aimed at knownβ2-agonist drugs,however,some non-legal personnel even use very low doses of mixed drugs or unknown ones in feeding animals,which making the existing monitoringmethods difficult to deal with.This paper reviews the research progress ofβ2-agonists in produces reported athome and abroad in recent years.It is intended to provide references for relevant departments to achieve more effective supervision ofβ2-agonists,and to protect personal safety of consumers effectively.
