Prevention and Treatment of Infectious Bursal Disease in Chickens

近年来,随着集约化、半集约化养殖鸡业的迅速发展,鸡传染性法氏囊病(IBD)严重危害了养鸡业的发展,如今本病作为危害养禽业的三大主要疫病之一,呈世界性分布。本文就一起鸡传染性法氏囊病的典型病例,根据临床症状、病理学检查、病毒分离鉴定、血清学诊断、动物接种试验,对该病进行了确诊,并运用中兽医和西药结合的治疗原则,免疫接种高免卵黄液的防制措施。

In recent years,with the rapid development of intensive and semi-intensive chicken industry,infectious bursal disease(IBD)has seriously harmed the development of chicken industry,and now,as one of the three major diseases that harm the poultry industry,IBD is distributed worldwide.In this paper,a typical case of infectious bursal disease in chickens was diagnosed according to clinical symptoms,pathological examination,virus isolation and identification,serological diagnosis and animal inoculation test.
