摘要
生长激素受体基因GHR被认为是重要的泌乳性状候选基因。研究牦牛GHR基因SNP多态性是下一步开展牦牛乳用性能分子标记辅助选育的重要基础。本试验对牦牛GHR基因exon 10-1片段进行了SNP检测,结果表明:牦牛GHR基因exon 10-1含SNP多态位点3个,第267位G,形成GG和AG两种基因型,第336位T,形成TT和GT两种基因型,第650位A,形成AA和AC两种基因型,所有样本形成四种基因型GG/GT/AA、GG/TT/AC、GG/TT/AA、AG/TT/AA,其中GG/TT/AA为优势基因型。
GHR is considered as an important candidate gene for lactation traits.The study of SNP polymorphism of GHR gene in yak is an important basis for performance marker-assisted breeding of yak milk in the next step.We tested the SNP polymorphic on exon 10-1 segments of GHR gene.The results showed that yak GHR gene exon 10-1 contains 3 SNP polymorphic loci,in the 267th G,forming two genotype GG and AG,in the 336th T,forming two genotype TT and GT,in the 650th A,AA and AC two genotypes,all samples form four kinds of genotype GG/GT/AA,GG/TT/AC,GG/TT/AA,AG/TT/AA,among them,GG/TT/AA is dominant genotype.
