在对初期设计制造的新型立式辊磨机存在的问题进行实地考察调研基础上进行分析,对新型立磨的结构、制造及装配、安装调试和使用维护等方面进行了全面地优化设计,并成功应用于研制的EZZM59.3+3新型矿渣立磨。

New type vertical roller mills possessed many shortcomings in the period of preliminary design and manufacture.By analyzing existing issues on site investigation,structure,manufacture and assembly,installation and commissioning as well as operation and maintenance of the new type vertical mill have been carried out comprehensively optimization design,which have been applied successfully to EZZM59.3+3 new type slag vertical mill development.
